Well, I posted yesterday of FT Island’s guest appearance on Taiwanese Show “Super King”.  Today I just found out Jang Geun Suk and Park Shin Hae also appeared before.  So just want to share with all of you. Still think Jang Geun Suk matches with Park Shin Hae the best!  ;-p

Jang Geun Suk’s commercial when he was 5.  So cute as a child!

Jang Geun Suk’s singing is awesome!!

Can you guess who is “Go Mi Nam”?

The food looks reallly delicious!

I enjoyed watching this show.  It’s so cute!  What do you think? Please comment and share.

I had to share this with you all as I finally found the video of “Holding your hands” by Lee Hong Ki on youtube! OMG! I am so impressed! I have to say he’s hard to understand because of his pronunciation. Consider he only learned Chinese for a few hours and then he recorded this song, it’s not bad at all. ^^

Do you guys like this? Please leave your comments! \(^.^)/ I see this video and I really miss Jolie and Jeremy!

Hi Everyone,

새해 복 많이 받으세요. Happy New Year!!!

This year start really well especially for Lee Hong Ki. He was just awarded the New Star Award at the “2009 SBS Drama Awards.” Lee Hong Ki won the award because of the role Jeremy in “You’re Beautiful.” Other co-stars Jang Yong Hwa and Park Shin Hye also receives the New Star Award. Congrats to them! Let’s take a look at them at the SBS Awards show:

While these new stars getting their awards, Jang Geun Suk also gets his awards as the Teen’s Star Award and Netizens’ Popularity Award. Congratulations to him too!

A. N. Jell regroups to perform at the SBS Awards:

I would also like to congratulate Kim Bum on winning his New Star Award from his role in the drama “Dream!”

I hope the new year started well for all my readers too! Let’s learn more Korean together in this coming year! \(^.^)/

Hi Everyone,

How are you all doing? Have you finished watching “You’re Beautiful?” For the past few weeks, I was so addicted to the drama that I can’t wait for every Wednesday and Thursday. I am so sad now that it’s all over and I can’t see AN Jell anymore. I was also busy planning my trip to Taiwan to see FT Island concert. It’s crazy that the tickets are all sold out in an hour. I didn’t even get a chance to buy it since I don’t live in Taiwan and can’t get a hold of my friends there soon enough. But luckily, another friend helped me and I finally got a ticket to go. So I am sure I will post everything on this blog about the concert. I am also hoping that they will go to Hong Kong in February and I definitely want to be there as well. \(^.^)/

Anyway, that just explains why I haven’t had lesson 9 up till now. I had it translated but just didn’t have time to put all components of the lesson together. 🙂 But here you go, I hope all love the song like I do.

Here let’s have our “guest” introduce the song for us:

Here is a video of the song:

Lyrics:
하지말걸 그랬어 모른척 해버릴걸
(I shouldn’t have done it. I should do it like I didn’t know)

안보이는 것처럼 볼수없는 것처럼
(Like something I didn’t see, like something I cannot see)

널 아예 보지말걸 그랬나봐
(I guess I should not have looked at you at all)

도망칠걸 그랬어 못들은척 그럴걸
(I should have run away. I should have pretend that I could not hear)

듣지도 못하는척 들을 수 없는 것처럼 아예
(Like something I didn’t hear, like something I cannot hear.)

네 사랑 듣지 않을걸
(I shouldn’t have listened to love at all)

말도없이 사랑을 알게하고
(Without a word you let me know love)

말도없이 사랑을 내게 주고
(Without a word you gave me love)

숨결 하나조차 널 닮게 해놓고 이렇게 도망가니까
(Even one breathe is filled with you. This way you run away from me)

말도없이 사랑이 나를떠나
(Without a word love left me)

말도없이 사랑이 나를버려
(Without a word love ran away from me)

무슨말을 할지 다문 입이 혼자서 놀란것 같아
(What should I say? My closed mouth is surprised alone)

말도 없이 와서
(Come without a word)

왜이렇게 아픈지 왜 자꾸만 아픈지
(Why it hurts like this? Why it hurts over and over?)

널 볼수 없다는것 니가 없다는것 말고
(I can’t see you. Except for the fact that you are not here.)

모두 예전과 똑같은건데
(Everything is just the same as in the old times)

말도없이 사랑을 알게 하고
(Without a word you let me know love)

말도없이 사랑을 내게주고
(Without a word you gave me love)

숨결 하나조차 널 닮게 해놓고 이렇게 도망가니까
(Even one breathe is filled with you. This way you run away from me)

말도없이 사랑이 나를떠나
(Without a word love left me)

말도없이 사랑이 나를 버려
(Without a word love ran away from me)

무슨말을 할지 다문 입이 혼자서 놀란것 같아
(What should I say? My closed mouth is surprised alone)

말도 없이 와서
(Come without a word)

왜 이렇게 아픈지 왜 자꾸만 아픈지
(Why it hurts like this? Why it hurts again and again?)

널 볼수 없다는것 니가 없다는것 말고
(I can’t see you. Except for the fact that you are not here.)

모두 예전과 똑같은건데
(Everything is just the same as in the old times)

말도없이 사랑을 알게하고
(Without a word you let me know love)

말도없이 사랑을 내게주고
(Without a word you gave me love)

숨결 하나조차 널 닮게 해놓고 이렇게 도망가니까
(Even one breathe is filled with you. This way you run away from me)

말도없이 사랑이 나를떠나
(Without a word love left me)

말도없이 사랑이 나를버려
(Without a word love ran away from me)

무슨말을 할지 다문 입이 혼자서 놀란것 같아
(What should I say? My closed mouth is surprised alone)

말도없이 눈물이 흘러내려
(Without a word tears fall down)

말도없이 가슴이 무너져가
(Without a word my heart breaks)

말도없는 사랑을 기다리고
(Without a word I waited for love)

말도없는 사랑을 아파하고
(Without a word I love with pain)

넋이 나가버려 바보가 되버려 하늘만 보고 우니까
(My soul goes out. I become like a fool looking only at the sky and cry)

말도없이 이별이 나를 찾아
(Without a word farewell found me)

말도없이 이별이 내게와서
(Without a word farewell came to me)

준비도 못하고 너를 보내야하는 내맘이 놀란것 같아
(I can’t even prepare I had to send you away. My heart feels like a surprise.)

말도 없이 와서
(It comes without a word)

말노없이 왔다가
(While it comes without a word)

말도없이 떠나는
(It leaves without a word)

Hi all,

As promised, here is the translation of another song from ‘미남이시네요'(You’re Beautiful). This song is called ‘여전히’. I hope you all are enjoying the drama as much as I do. Every week I look forward to Wednesday and Thursday. 🙂 This song is a little harder than the last song ‘Promise’ so I hope you will learn a lot.

We will have Shin Woo and Jeremy to introduce the song. \(^.^)/ I know a lot of girls wish to have a boyfriend like Shin Woo. He is so gentle in the drama!

It’s been a while since we had the last lesson. I guess I must be busy with dramas and stuff. 🙂 I hope most of you are watching “You’re Beautiful.” In this lesson, we will have the band A.N. Jell to introduce their own song.

Here is a live version of Promise performed by A.N. Jell:

Hi all,

The OST of “You’re Beautiful” is released on Oct 14. I am as anxious to hear all the tracks as much as you all do. Here is the list of songs on the soundtrack:
01. 여전히 – FT이홍기
02. 하늘에서 내려와 – 미스에스 – Miss $, 오원빈
03. 말도 없이 – 9th Street
04. Lovely Day – 박신혜
05. Promise – A.N.JELL
06. 가슴이 욕해 – 김동욱
07. 말도 없이 – 박신혜
08. 여전히 – A.N.JELL
09. 말도 없이 – Ver.Piano
10. 여전히 – Ver.Bossa

My favorites are definitely “Promise” and “여전히” by Lee Hong Ki! ;-P Actually, the Lee Hong Ki version is not on the OST, right? That’s just not right! 😛

For those of you who are not watching the drama, here are the two songs that I loved:
약속(Promise) by Lee Hong Ki

여전히(Still/As Ever) by Lee Hong Ki

Enjoy the OST! And I promise you I will translate the songs I love soon!
